Tui Na Massage treatments provide a variety of techniques that focus on the meridian sinew pathways in Chinese medicine, in order to stimulate acupoints, release muscle tension and improve blood circulation.

Techniques of Tui Na Massage include acupressure trigger point release, Gua Sha, longitudinal deep tissue stripping, kneading, transverse friction, gliding, vibration and traction.

Thai Massage also known as Thai Yoga Massage is composed of interactive, fluid movements, stretches and rhythmic massage, along the body’s energy lines and pressure points.  This relaxing experience aims to bring equanimity and concord to the flow of energy and blood throughout the body and can result in deep release from holding patterns and mental and physical stress.

Thai massage is considered a practical application of the Buddhist principle of ‘metta’ or loving kindness, and combines elements of yoga with universal energy healing principles to form a restorative therapy for body, mind and spirit.  Thai massage is performed with the client comfortably clothed on a special Thai floor mat. Please wear a T-shirt and shorts or loose-fitting pants when arriving for this treatment.
